As Managing Director of WebNoggins, Janice Burney is a visionary entrepreneur, providing over 20 years of senior level management experience with expertise in global sales, marketing, finance and strategic business consulting. Having a vast career in several vertical businesses, Janice decided to share her knowledge-base by building a company that provides best in class marketing and Internet services to small and medium businesses. She felt it was far more rewarding to put her knowledge to use and help small businesses dominate their Internet presence and increase revenue while organically reaching Internet users. As Managing Director of WebNoggins, the company provides marketing solutions, consulting services, turnkey websites, hosting, training and marketing solutions to leverage Web 2.0 technologies that support companies’ business drivers and increase sales and core initiatives.
The majority of her career was spent in executive level positions working in the technology sector of Silicon Valley with small, medium and large size companies. Janice has held a variety of positions from President of JBS Solutions, an Internet consulting firm and VP of Sales & Marketing to VP of Business Development for boutique equipment finance companies. While at Hewlett-Packard, as the Financial Area Manager, Janice was responsible for building the regional equipment finance arm of Hewlett-Packard Financial Services. Janice has held various leadership positions from COO to Treasurer and has been the Chief Marketing Officer for several start-ups. She has successfully advised many business leaders. She authors a blog where her technology team test their innovative Internet ideas and refine their online marketing strategies.

Alex Ashline
CIO
As Chief Information Officer and Co-Founder of WebNoggins, Alexander Ashline is responsible for all aspects of WebNoggins Global IT and line-of-business application development, customer support and website administrator training. Under Alex’s direction, the IT department is dedicated to working with our business partners to ensure our website technology strategy is in alignment with supporting our clients needs.
Under Alex Ashline’s leadership, WebNoggins IT department designs, integrates and deploys world-class IT architecture that ensures our small to medium size business clients get the very best website, technical education and training that improves the competitive edge for a successful Internet presence.
As a multi-talented information systems professional, Alex has experiance in delivering every aspect of information systems integration. He has consulted, designed and written technical and functional requirements for applications. His expertise is in technical training where his talents have included delivering end-user training initiatives that drive user adaptations. Alex has worked with Volkswagen, Bank of America, Staples and United Way providing instructional designs, project management and enterprise implementations.
Alex brings with him nearly 11 years of experience in Information Technology, with a Masters in Information Technology from Boston University. He held a variety of leadership positions in the technology field and is proficient in the major technical programming languages. He feels strongly about helping small to medium size businesses achieve their Internet goals and has developed numerous Technical Training Modules to assist web development. No matter how skilled you are, Alexander Ashline is a technical teacher’s trainer and he makes Internet functionality easy for even the average Joe!
